French Shipmanager / Subsea ROV Plough
Deployment of specialist commissioning personnel to support mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scope across subsea operations. Riviera Energy supported the decommissioning and recommissioning of a Subsea Tethered Plough, ensuring system readiness, technical continuity, and efficient execution across multiple project phases.
Yinson / FPSO Abigail-Joseph Commissioning
Deployment of an integrated commissioning team to support completion, commissioning, and start-up activities for the FPSO Abigail-Joseph. Riviera Energy contributed to commissioning management planning, inspection, and testing execution ensuring a smooth transition from conversion to commissioning phase. Support extended to O&M personnel provision during sail-away, enabling operational readiness and continuity.
Lloyds Ship Loader Commissioning & Ex Inspection
Provision of commissioning and Ex inspection services for a PLC/SCADA-controlled ship loader system. Riviera Energy supported commissioning activities at Mokpo, South Korea, followed by Ex inspection and certification works in Western Port, Australia, ensuring compliance with hazardous area standards and readiness for operational deployment.
Sembcorp / ME&I Commissioning Support
Provision of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (ME&I) commissioning expertise to support project execution in Singapore. Riviera Energy deployed specialist personnel across commissioning and operational support functions, ensuring system readiness and smooth transition into operational phases.
French Operator / Yulin Wind Farm
Riviera was engaged to provide strategic consultancy on a procurement strategy aimed at reducing operational downtime. Leveraging technical expertise in lifting, the team developed and implemented a targeted approach that enabled seamless execution. The project was successfully delivered within four weeks, achieving zero downtime.
NABORS Drilling / Halliburton Rig Training Facility
Provision of rig specialists across key roles, including Rig Manager and Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, to support the Halliburton Rig Training Facility in Singapore. The facility delivers hands-on rig experience for onboarding and training new personnel, requiring operational realism and technical accuracy. Riviera ensured consistent delivery through experienced personnel aligned to training and operational requirements.
UTEC / Offshore Survey — SHWE Phase 2
Deployment of survey personnel, including Party Chief, Data Processor, Surveyor, and Survey Engineer, to support offshore EPCIC activities for the SHWE Phase 2 Development. Scope included structure installation support, pre-lay surveys for pipelines and umbilicals, LBL metrology, and pre-commissioning activities — ensuring accuracy, continuity, and execution across critical offshore operations.
Dana Petroleum / Western Isles Development FPSO
Provision of site field engineering, commissioning & operations consultancy services on the Western Isles Development for the Sevan floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) Refurbishment. The cylindrical FPSO is 90m-wide, weighs 28,000t and has a production capacity of 44,000 barrels of oil a day, with an additional tank storage capacity of 400,000 barrels.
Twinza / Pasca FEED
Provision of commissioning engineering support, including mobilisation, technical advisory, and engineering services for the Pasca FEED project. Riviera supported early-phase planning and execution readiness, contributing to structured project development and alignment across stakeholders.
IKM / Subsea ROV Operations
Deployment of ROV pilots to support offshore operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution across subsea work scopes. Riviera provided experienced personnel aligned to project requirements, maintaining operational continuity in demanding offshore environments.
